Roberto de Falco
Avv. Roberto de Falco (1965) obtained obtained the title of "Avvocato" in Italy in 1992. Since that year he has been working in the Netherlands where he also obtained the title of “Advocaat” in 2002. As of 1996 he Works permanently in Amsterdam. Avv. de Falco is mainly active in Italian and international civil law, commercial law, inheritance law and family law. He is specialized in providing assistance to Dutch and foreign clients interested in purchasing (or selling) real estates in Italy. Avv. de Falco is also registered as mediator with the Dutch Mediation Institute (NMI - Nederlandse Mediation Instituut) and specializes in intercultural mediation.
Frederik M.N. Janssen
Mr. Frederik M.N. Janssen (1962), after graduating in law, worked several years in Italy. After his return in the Netherlands he established his practice as “Advocaat” in Amsterdam in 1996. Mr. Janssen is mainly active in the fields of criminal law, employment law, commercial law, entertainment law and family law.
