Tariffs
FJP Advocaten applies a standard hourly fee of € 300.00, excluding V.A.T. (19%) and general expenditures (7%). The tariff does not include costs for information (either through the Chamber of Commerce or an investigation agency), translations, barristers, bailiffs, and court duties which, if sustained, will be invoiced separately.
Depending on the nature and value of the case the above tariff may vary.
